The DETECTER Project
DETECTER (Detection Technologies, Counter-Terrorism Ethics, and Human Rights) is a three-year Collaborative Research Project under the European Union Framework 7 Security programme to co-ordinate and contribute work on detection technologies, counter-terrorism, ethics and human rights.
